Our role is a connection service
New Orleans Concrete Creations ("NCC") helps homeowners and property customers connect with independent concrete contractors. NCC is not the concrete contractor that performs, supervises, or warranties the construction work. NCC does not take payment from a homeowner for concrete work, does not invoice for the contractor's work, and is not the party hired to build, repair, remove, level, finish, or otherwise service the property.
Who receives your information
When you call, email, or submit information through the website, we use it to understand what you are looking for and respond to your request. We may share relevant project details and contact information with an independent contractor or contractors who may be able to respond. By contacting NCC, you understand that this connection may involve a contractor contacting you directly.
The contractor is separate from NCC
Any agreement about scope, price, schedule, materials, permits, insurance, warranties, workmanship, change orders, and payment is solely between the homeowner and the independent contractor the homeowner chooses or is connected with. NCC is not a party to that construction agreement and does not control the contractor's work or promises.
Information we may receive
We may receive your name, phone number, email address, project location, photos, measurements, scheduling information, and project description. Please do not send payment-card numbers, account passwords, government identification, or other sensitive information through this website or by email.
How we use information
We use information to answer questions, organize a contractor connection, communicate about the request, improve the website, and maintain basic business records. We do not need payment information to make a contractor connection.
Your choices
You may ask us what contact information we have about your request, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask us not to forward a new inquiry to a contractor. A request already shared with an independent contractor may also need to be addressed with that contractor directly.

NCC may help identify or introduce a contractor, but a listing, introduction, or conversation is not a guarantee that the contractor is suitable, available, licensed, insured, permitted, or able to complete a particular project.
