Plain-language relationship notice
New Orleans Concrete Creations is a marketing and contractor-connection service. NCC is not the contractor servicing your property. NCC does not take payment from homeowners for concrete work, does not collect deposits for that work, and does not contract with homeowners to perform concrete construction.
Your construction contract is with the contractor
If you decide to move forward, the construction contract, scope of work, price, payment schedule, deposits, materials, permits, insurance, schedule, warranties, workmanship, cleanup, and any dispute about the work are between you and the independent contractor you select or are connected with. Payment must be made only according to the agreement you have with that contractor. NCC is not the payee and is not responsible for the contractor's performance.
Website information is a starting point
Website pages describe common planning questions and possible service categories. They are not a bid, quote, construction plan, engineering opinion, permit approval, inspection, warranty, or promise that a particular result is available at a particular property. Site conditions must be reviewed for the actual project.
Contractor due diligence
Before signing or paying an independent contractor, review the contractor's identity, written scope, price, payment terms, insurance, applicable licensing or registration, permits, references, warranty language, and responsibility for property protection. Ask the appropriate local agency or a qualified professional when a project involves structural work, public right-of-way, drainage, or code requirements.
No professional advice
NCC content is general information for project planning. It is not legal, engineering, architectural, financial, insurance, or other professional advice. Obtain advice from the appropriately qualified professional for your property and circumstances.
Third-party contractors
Independent contractors are separate businesses. NCC does not direct their means or methods, employ them, guarantee their availability, or control their work. Any contractor communication, estimate, agreement, payment, or service is a separate transaction between you and that contractor.
